You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. Orders cannot be shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer, and we are not responsible for packages delivered to an address entered in error.

Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or circumstances beyond our control are not grounds for refund prior to the timeframes set out in our Refund Policy.
